At ThySelf, we aim to provide our customers with top-notch custom-made clothes and accessories. However, because we make all products just for you, this affects how we handle returns and refunds. Here's a clear breakdown of our terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
Return Policy
We allow returns in certain situations, as listed below:
Reasons We Accept Returns:
- Products with Flaws:
- Problems like printing errors faulty stitches, ripped material, marks, or low-grade fabric.
- When you find a flaw in a product, you need to report it within 24 hours after it arrives.
- Wrong Item Shipped:
- When the item you get doesn't match what you ordered such as the wrong fit, shade, pattern, or type.
Returns Not Allowed For These Reasons:
- Change of Mind: We don't accept returns if you change your mind, as we make our products to order.
- Wrong Details Given by the Customer:
- If you pick the wrong size, color, or design when checking out, we can't give you a refund or let you return the item.
- Custom Products: You can't return items with personal designs or custom prints.
- Super Saver Packs: These come at a lower price so we don't allow returns.
Return Process:
- Step 1: Let Us Know
- Send an email to support@thyself.store within 24 hours after you get your order. Make sure to include:
- Your Order ID (like TM-12345).
- Clear pictures or videos that show what's wrong with the product.
- Step 2: Get the Green Light to Send It Back
- Our quality team will look at what you sent and decide if you can return the product.
- If they say yes, we'll set up a pickup from your place without charging you.
- Step 3: We Come to Get It
- Our delivery partner picks up the item within 3 work days.
- Make sure you pack the product with all tags and original packaging in good shape.
- Step 4: Quality Check
- When we get the product back, our team will do a complete quality check to confirm the problem.
- This takes 1-2 working days after we get the product.
- Step 5: Replacement or Refund
- After we check the quality, we will either:
- Send you a new product.
- Give you your money back (if we can't replace it).
Refund Policy
Situations Where You Can Get a Refund:
- Faulty or Wrong Item:
- We'll give you all your money back if we can't replace it.
- Calling Off Your Order:
- You'll get your money back if you ask to cancel within 3 hours after you buy.
- Item Doesn't Show Up:
- We'll return your payment if the delivery company fails to bring your item and sends it back to us.
- Turning Down Deliveries:
- If you say no to the item when it arrives, we'll take off ₹150 to cover shipping and return costs.
How We Handle Refunds:
- You'll get your money back in 7-10 business days after we check the quality or approve the cancellation.
- If you paid in advance, we'll send the refund to the same way you paid (like your bank, card, or wallet).
- For cash-on-delivery orders, we'll put the refund in your bank account (you'll need to give us your bank info).
When We Can't Give Refunds:
- You tell us about returns more than 24 hours after getting your order.
- The color looks a bit different because of how your screen shows it.
- You made a mistake with the size, design, or customization when you ordered.
- You send back products without asking us first.
- You bought custom-made items or Super Saver Packs.
More Rules for Returns and Refunds
- Packaging: Send back the product in its first-rate shape with all tags, labels, and packaging in place.
- Communication: Stick to one email thread for all questions to keep things clear. Several emails might slow down solving your issue.
- Abusive Behavior: We keep things polite and professional when we talk. Any mean behavior will end our chat.
