Shipping and Delivery Policy

At ThySelf, we want to make your shopping hassle-free. Here's what you should know about how we get your favorite items to your door:

1. Delivery Timeline

We know you're eager to get your order so we work hard to ship it fast:

  • Order Processing: We need 2-3 work days to pack and ship your order.
  • Standard Delivery: Your package should reach you within 5-8 work days after shipping, based on where you live.
  • Remote Areas: If you're in places like Jammu & Kashmir or the North-East, delivery might take up to 10 work days.
  • Unusual Delays: Sometimes, things like product stock, holidays, or bad weather can push delivery time to about two weeks.

We'll give you updates along the way because we know waiting isn't fun!

2. Shipping Charges

We aim to keep things clear and easy:

  • Prepaid Orders: You get free shipping on all prepaid buys.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We charge a small fee of ₹99 for COD orders.

3. Order Tracking

  • After we ship your order, you'll receive an email and SMS with the tracking info.
  • You can use the tracking code to check on your package at any time.

4. Our Delivery Partners

To make sure your order gets to you fast and safe, we team up with some of the most trusted couriers, including:

We'll assign your order to the partner that fits your area best.

5. What to Do If Your Order Doesn't Show Up?

  • We know it's super annoying to wait for a package that never comes. If your tracking info says "Delivered" but you can't find it:
  • Check with your family, neighbors, roommates, or office mailroom—someone nearby might have your package.
  • If you can't find your package, email us at support@thyself.store within 48 hours of the delivery update. Include your order ID and any helpful details.
  • We'll look into the issue with the courier and keep you posted. This could take up to 10 working days. If the courier tells us the package is lost, we'll give you a full refund—no questions asked!
  • Note: If it's been over 48 hours since you got the delivery notice, we might not be able to help so reach out to us soon.

6. A Few More Suggestions

  • Double-check your shipping address and contact info before you order to avoid problems.
  • Remember that delays can happen because of holidays bad weather, or other surprise events.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute about shipping or delivery will be dealt with under the laws of Maharashtra, India.
